Designed to help you have fun and stay organized at the same time 👌, My mission with Mark done is to help you manage your to-do list with your own design. With an easy interface and powerful features like real-time updates, task prioritization, and custom categories, Marking tasks done has never been more fun. Whether you're juggling multiple deadlines or just trying to simplify your day, mark done will helps you get more done, with a touch of you. It’s your personal task app, ready to keep you on track every step of the way.

Now, after that intro 🤣, I know what someone might be thinking: 'Great, another to-do list app. Like we need another one of those.' But hear me out. I personally love design and customization — but in an organized way. That’s basically why I prefer Gnome over KDE. Plus, many productivity apps seem to have so many extra features I don’t get or need. So, I decided to build something I would actually enjoy using, and that’s how Mark Done came to life.

By the way, in case you're curious, Mark Done started in 2024 in Uganda. The first six months of the year were spent experimenting with a demo task app I built for Android called Tasky (it never got deployed, though). Then, in mid-August, I decided to make my dream of building a multiplatform task app a reality. After some research, I started developing Mark Done. Plus, the name Tasky was already taken by someone else 😭, but I like Mark Done, so it's all good. And Mark done is also taken so i had to add a dash 😒. If you've made it this far, I really hope you’ll enjoy using Mark Done. If you click on any contact text on the site, you can send me an email.
